Our goal at Good Dog Boats is to design and build fishing boats that perform extremely well in small water environments.

The two key Good Dog boat design features have been and continue to be lightweight and versatility:

Lightweight: easier to handle on land and to launch in remote regions;

Versatility: enabling you to fish how you wish in water conditions that can vary substantially from a deep mountain lake to a heavily structured shallow river.

In 2008 we are increasing our emphasis on versatility. The 2008 Good Dog product line includes additional standard features as well as new options and accessories.

• Can operate in combination with gas or electric transom motor

• Wireless steering using rod-mount remote
• Rod-mount remote can be used in combination with foot pedal
• Foot pedal steering can be corded or wireless

• Good Dog 2008 model comes standard with five seat locations
• Possible lay-outs include solo, tandem, passenger face forward or rear
• Quick seat installation or removal using “large knob” thumb screws

• Balance weight with bow and stern Group 24 battery platforms
• Clean installation with power cabling in keel
• Can operate with either bow or transom motors or both in combination

• Stabilizing floats increase effective boat beam to 7ft 6inches
• Easy installation with Good Dog standard Scotty flush mount fittings
• Degree of stabilization can be adjusted to match how you fish
